Born and raised in Colorado Springs, CO, Alisha holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Sociology, a Master’s in Justice Policy, and a Master’s in Social Work. She spent 5 years as a mental health counselor and 8 years as a police officer before joining SRAM as a Community Specialist.
An endurance athlete and advocate, Alisha has climbed 7 fourteeners, run 40+ races, completed the Athens Marathon, sprint triathlons, Ragnars, 250-mile bike tours, and played semi-pro full-contact football.
She founded Bike Ride for Black Lives and is Director of Community Engagement for Ride for Racial Justice. Alisha lives by the mantra Live life E.P.I.C.—and enjoys solving the Rubik’s Cube in her free time.
